Most of our classes are in small groups but f you have a specific requirement for personal training, we might be able to facilitate this. Contact Ciaran directly.

If you can’t make it to a class you can cancel online any time up until 12 hours before the class is scheduled to start and you won’t be charged. Cancellations less than 12 hours before the class or no-shows will be charged as normal.
